Suggest Treatment For Pain Under The Breasts That Radiates Across The Chest

I have pain from just under right breast that radiates up and across chest. I am very tender to the touch under right breast. Sometimes I have sharp pains across chest or through abdomen. This has been going on for almost a month. It seems worst in the evening and at night

Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
What is your she? Any redness in breast? Any lump? Does pain increased with breathing?any history of diabetes or hypertension?
In my opinion the pain which you have described seen to be muscular in origin. You should stay calm and get your chest x ray along with ECG. Meet your doctor for proper assessment.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain.
Regards
Saad
