Suggest Treatment For Pain Under The Left Arm And Breasts
I am having pains under my left arm it seems as if my breasts is hurting, but there are no lumps present. My blood pressure has been elev ate, and I have a sore on my throat that I have been irritating for about a year or so. I also have a swollen knee on my right leg. I am blaming the soreness under my left arm to the fact that I have gained weight and di not purchase larger bras, so I purchased larger ones and it helped a lot, but I am not sure if I have a cyst or a tumnor. I have had benign tumors removed from that breasts before. I was diagnosed with pleurisy a little while ago, but when I went for a check up, mu liver and lungs were fine. They said I had fluid on my lungs, but everything is fine now, I hope.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Fibroadenosis left breast with painful Axiallary tail with Obesity with right knee arthritis?-since 1 yr.
Treatment-
Reduce on Weight for -Rt Knee Arthiritis under guideance from a Doctor.
In view of Past history- of Breast Benign Tumour excision,I would suggest to Get Mammography /USG breast and confirm the Fibroadenosis
activity,which is causing pain in the axillary tail.
This axillary pain in left breast and arm does not seem have to have any/ or No relation with the Pleurisy you had earlier,as you are declared fine/ok from your doctors.
Left arm and left Breast pain mostly is from the obesity causing increased breast which was already has Fibroadenosis ? with Fibroadenoma growing lately in it.The under size bra has caused pressure on the Axillary and pectoral veins causing left arm vein engorgement and pain in both the axillary vein.
Specific Treatment -would -be concentrated after diagnosis on Fibroadenosis and Weight Reduction with Rest and Elevation of the left arm
with
Voltaren Tab / or Gel locally
Cap Vit E 400 mgm
Tab Danazole -to reduce the Fibroadenosis
IF the things still persist -rule out and confirm possibility of another Fibroadenom-and plan for a Surgical Excision to give immediate relief.
This would be done in next 2-3 weeks after the response to conservative treatment of the Fibroadenosis is over.
Need of assessing the Breast Adenoma and Fibroadenosis with Axiallary Vein thrombosis from tight bra is on priority.
Hence CT/USG study of the Breast left with Color doppler Imaging of the left arm to see the extent of damage which needs to be treated is assessed.
A Team of Breast Surgeon/ Radiologist / and Physician to cover the whole management of the case is needed for the HOLISTIC treatment of your multiple problems.
