Suggest Treatment For Pain When Having Scoliosis And Degenerative Disc Disease

Have scoliosis (mild) and degenerative disc disease (cervical) have had pain in my neck for over 35 years on and off and for the past 16 Months constant pain in my left arm and for the past 6 weeks pain in my right arm . Could this be all referred pain?. The pain in my neck has become more constant for the past 3 months . I ve seen chiropractors in the past but didn t seem to be getting any better .should I see a spine surgeon? And would an Mri be beneficial?
