Suggest Treatment For Pain When Suffering From COPD

I have COPD (never smoked) born with short lungs and scar tissue ... always bronchitis ...now after a chest xray told my stomach is not under diaphram but above and the coughing has heriated it. I do get a lot of pain ... want to know how to control pain with diet .... please ... I am female and 70 years old. Both parents smoked and died with COPD ....
