Suggest Treatment For Pain While Breathing Along With Dry Cough
I have had pain on breathing, shortness of breath, dry cough and fatigue for nearly three months with no relief in sight. It started with a sore throat and thought I had strep throat but culture came back negative. Have been under a doctors care the whole time with virtually no improvement. I have missed work and been unable to complete many routine household tasks. I presently am taking Prednisone, 10mg, spread over several days. Also, Symbicort inhaler at two puffs twice a day. Have had no fever. I am 77 years old with normal health until this problem started. I have never smoked or drank alcohol. Would appreciate any advise you can give. Rose Marie
