Hi,

Escitalopram is antidepressant medicine not for UTI and you can't stop this medicine suddenly after 10 days of medication. It could be a reason for your tiredness. Abdominal pain should subside after UTI medication, but for you, it's persisting.

In my opinion, you should repeat one normal routine urine test, and if possible one abdomen scan to rule out cystitis or pyelonephritis. If routine urine shows evidence of infection, should do a urine culture sensitivity test to know the type of bacterial infection and antibiotic sensitivity pattern.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
