Suggest Treatment For Pain While Writing

Hi, I am Amar, 30 yrs, from Chennai. I have lot of problems in writing and always endure lot of pain and effort while writing, and some people are saying that its disgraphia. This problem started some two years back. I did not have this problem when I was studying either in school, college or university. Is there any treatment to the problem
