General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear
Understand your concern
It take time to resolve around the 7-9 days.
First I advice you to go for urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity for identifies the causative agent of the UIT. Also done the USG to exclude the stones in urinary tract:
I will prescribed following medicine in this type of case.
Antibiotic: depends upon the culture report and antibiotic sensitivity.
Till the time you can take tablet septran. Always take the complete dose of antibiotic to prevent the recurrence of UTI.
Antiseptic: nitrofurantoin__continue it
Syrup cidal 2 tabels spoon in the half glass of water for 2-3 time in the day.
Tablet pyridium
If pain in severe then you can also take injection voveron or tramdol.
Drink juice of cranberry and orange.
Always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder.

So do not worry consult the urologist and take proper treatment with antibiotic as you are not taking antibiotics.
Repeat the culture after 14 days to confirm the clearance of infections.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
