Suggest Treatment For Painful And Bruised Ribs

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Fell onto my ribs 2 weeks ago. Very painful and bruised. Seemed to improve a bit but when i was stretching i heard my ribs pop and they are now more painful. Should i just wait for them to get better??
