Suggest Treatment For Painful And Burning Urethra After Child Birth

I gave birth 2 weeks ago and for the last few days I have had extremely itchy labia. My skin is getting sore and splitting from the itching and is now very painful. I don't seem to have any discharge as I am still postnatally bleeding. Today I have started to get pain and burning in my urethra and find it very painful to pass urine. I am otherwise healthy and my stitches from birth have healed. Could this be some sort of thrush? or does it sound like something else?
