Suggest Treatment For Painful And Burning Vagina

It's been two days now and I haven't yet gone to the doctor because I thought the pain would go away but it hasn't. My vagina hurts when I wipe and if i wear something that constantly rubs against it, it also burns a little when I wash with soap. However, it doesn't burn when I urinate and it doesn't hurt on the inside, just the outside. There has no been no significant increase in discharge either, and no smell. What could this be?
