Suggest Treatment For Painful And Frequent Periods

im 17 yrs old and have very painful and frequent periods. i have been to the doctor and have had ultrasound-they have found nothing. So I am havign my period again and began vomiting blood. i am in pain, my temp is normal and blood pressure is normal. should i go to er or wait til dr office opens in an hour?
