Suggest Treatment For Painful And Heavy Menstruation
Last period was week and half ago. Went to bathroom today notice I m spotting..37 years of age last 10 year s periods have been hard .lots of pain and abnormal size clots ... been told I need to have a dnc..laser or full historicity..what do you think is going on I don t want to go though a hysterectomy...

Pain and abnormal size clots may be due to many reasons.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,ultrasound of abdomen,D& C.
D& C and Ultrasound of pelvis are very important in planning treatment.
D& C material can be sent for histo-pathological examination.It is very helpful in assessing nature of lesions.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
