Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Arm After Injury

Radial Nerve.........Hey Doc... My name is jim.. I have been going to physical therapy for almost 6 months now due to a radial nerve injury from a workout. When i first injured the arm the pain was slight and i could not straighten the arm with ought discomfort. 4 days later, the pain significantly worsened. The back of the forearm swelled up and arm extension came close to unbearable. A day after that half of my wrist and all of my finger extension stopped working completely. i saw a surgeon and he told me it was a radial nerve entrapment and to let it heal. If it doesnt heal he says he is going to do a tendon transfer.. recently got an emg , mri and xray done and the resuls came back that everything below the supinator are not working properly..the mri/xray didnt find anything out of the ordinary. It has been almost 6 months the arm extension pain went away the first month as well as the forearm swelling, however the finger extension has almost been non existent... Im due for anothe
