Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Armpit

I have a swollen armpit on my left is it red and soft im taking right now cefalexin for 2days and it is still very painful so what i did was squeeze it and a mucus came out yellow with blood somehow the pain is lesser now. Please help me what should i do about it?
