Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Foot

Hi Doctor, I am travelling in Cambodia at the moment and get a bit on my foot(not sure from what), over the last few days my whole foot has swollen up become very red, itchy and sore. I have been cleaning it regularly and draining the pus but am not sure if I need an anti-biotic and also what to get as I'm aware that medications over hear may not be up to western standards. My friend has a course of Amoxicilin with her would this be beneficial. I am also keeping it covered with gauze and applying an iodine solution which seems to be drawing out the infection but my foot is still very swollen and painful.
