Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Joints

Hi, I want to help my aunty who is suffering with a strange kind of bone problem, she gets pain in the joints and her joints get sollown. she cannot move the hands and feet. can you help me find a good doctor to see her as we have been seeing lot of doctors in Mysore and Bangalore but of no help and this problem is there from past 2 yrs and not it is not bearable.
