Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Legs And Hands

sir, actually my mother has some problems with her legs and hands. they got swollen and create pain. this is so much painful for her to even lift a small thing on some occassion. so please suggest what should i do. my mother's age is 50 yrs.
