Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Lymph Node In Armpit

hi doctor for the past two months I have had painful swelling in the lymph node very painful and swollen in armpits and throat unquenchable thirst appetite loss the swelling happens before my period. Im 34 but very tired no energy also aching in joints and feeling stiff

Hello,

I can understand your concern for the painful and swollen lymph node in armpit. I can make out that you have multiple other problems other than this lymph node swelling.
In such kind of cases there could be an internal cause related to all these problems. You can go for your complete blood check up as well as serum biochemistry with blood sugar and liver profile with renal profile if required to check any abnormality in the same. For the interim of the help for the painful and swollen lymph node in armpit you can take an anti inflammatory drug such as ibuprofen or diclofinac or paracetamol for early recovery.
