Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i am 41 years old.... i have extra penis skin but lately i cannot pull it down and it is tight at the tip of my penis head during an erection... sometimes its swell or painful.... what can i do ? please help ? thank you.

You can use anti-inflammatory drugs for the pain and for the swelling, you can use antifungals with steroids.
