Suggest Treatment For Painful And Swollen Wrist After Injury

i clicked my wrist and now it really hurts it swelled up ,i can move it but hurts and when i get cold it turns blotchy and starts turning blue! every so often in will go numb and then i get tingling in it and it feels really heavy any suggestions as to what it could be please?
