Suggest Treatment For Painful Ankle After Injury

hi,i consulted a ayurvedic centre as i fell down and my ankle was painin very badly..they suggested to take an x-ray and found it to be a bone diffusion kind..i had massage and applied the pastes they gave me..but still it pains badly if i walk continously for more than 5 mins...could you please help me out on this.
