Suggest Treatment For Painful Blood Blister On Knee

I have a painful blood blister on my right knee - I has been over 24hrs since I did it. Just trying to work out what to do about it? The knee was previously damaged (about 3 months ago) and I am assuming the skin must still be very fragile. All I did was neal on the carpet to do an exercise at gym.

Clean the area with beta dine lotion. Give hot phomantation. Take antibiotic like erythromycin 500mg daily for 5days. Anal gesic like combiflam can be taken. Take rest for one week.
