Suggest Treatment For Painful Boil On The Vaginal Area

hi, I have a 3 week old painful boil on my bikini line. Today, out of nowhere another one appeared. Im finding it hard to walk let alone wear underwear. What can I do at home to help with the pain and healing. Oh...im also using an antibacterial wash as well as soap daily.
