Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruise On The Top Of My Right Foot
I have had a painful bruise on top of my right foot, not near my toes. I noticed it over a year ago. It seems to flare up. I don t wear tight shoes, I actually wear flip flops more than anything. It hurts to the touch, and the area cramps up, almost like a burning sensation. It hurts to walk on it. Under the surface the area feels like a knot.

- antibiotic course
- vitamin C
- if needed, steroids in tappering dose
