Suggest Treatment For Painful Bruised Knee After Injury

I am an RN. I fell at work on night injuring my left knee. The bone is bruised. There is no structural damage but the knee itself pops. it can be very painful. Also, a few days later I started noticing some tingling and pain starting in my left elbow and traveling down the medial area of my forearm and finally inot my hand where the thumb, index and middle finger get tingly. At first, I didn't pay no mind to it but it is getting worse.Can something like this be an after affect of my fall. When this tingling comes on, I lose my grip in my hand and that's even worse. Is it possibly a pinched nerve?
