Suggest Treatment For Painful Bulge On Scrotum

Hi there, I have a very personal, embarrassing question. I m 22 years old, and I have never really told anyone about this, but it s truly been hurting now. On my rectum, there is a bulge that extrudes out and has been quite bothersome for my whole life. Only recently for no reason, has it begun to really hurt. I m embarrassed to go to a real doctor, but do you have any idea what it may be?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having 2nd or 3rd degree hemorrhoids producing bulge in anal canal.
Now due to infected hemorrhoids you get more pain and bulging.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Mean while avoid constipation, take plenty of water.
Avoid spicy and junk food.
Ok and take care.
