Suggest Treatment For Painful Bulging Disc In L4 And L5

sir i have a bulging disc in l4 and l5 .. and its daily paining for me.. me doing exercise daily for the past 8 months but my condition is getting worse. for the past 1 month i started to feel tingling sensation in my legs under knee , back head , left shoulders everthing is paining.. difficult to tolerate the pain daily. what treatment should i undergo now?? wat u recommend sir
