Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump Above Vagina

I have a large a very painful bump right above my vagina right under my bikini line. There is no head to be popped and due to prior knowledge what looks like a ingrown hair root but might not be. It s severely painful and unsure how to solve this please help

Thanks for the query to health care magic .
I have read & understood your concern.
The bump you have in your pubic area is (Being rich in hairs.),is mostly Hair root infection.
Such infection can be bacterial/ fungal( associated with itching )Management consists of -
- Removal of hair the hair after moistening it with damp cloth for 15 mnutes ) with sterilized pucker..( with help of a docor is needful )
- Application of antibiotic ointment with oral NSAID medicine.
- Oral antibiotic is added after adoctor's consultation.
- If you have diabetes, let the sugar be well controlled.
