General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be a hematoma (clot) if you had any trauma or it can be a fibroma which usually occurs on that area. Other possibility is an aneurysm. Better to get an examination with an orthopedician followed by MRI imaging if required to rule out the condition. Any of the above conditions with persisting symptoms need a surgical manipulation. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
