Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump On Hand Post Injury

I hit my hand about a week ago and I have a bump on the bone. The swelling went down and there is no bruising, but a lot of pain. If I put weight on my pinky finger or shake hands there is a lot more pain, the pain is down the side of my hand and wrist.

In short: May be a contusion/haematoma

Explanation: It may be a contusion/haematoma which is causing you swelling along with pain. So, visit a doctor for X-ray as you had injury to rule out fractures and for further examination. Mean while you can take anti inflammatort drugs along with analgesics.(Brufen).
