Suggest Treatment For Painful Bump On The Knee After Injury

Hello - I hit the side of my left knee on the corner of a solid coffee table almost 2 weeks ago. It never bruised and has been painful ever since. There is a small bump but it is painful to touch, even slight pressure when laying in bed hurts. Any suggestions? Thank you
