Suggest Treatment For Painful Compression Fractures In Spine And Neck

I have several compression fractures in my spine and neck, and I'm just a young man, it's hard for me to get any pain relief as I live in what's known as the pill capital of america, which is Brevard county Florida. I'm healthy and in good physical shape, and know that w/ out these narcotic medicanes I can't live a normal life, and I have to pay for the ones who have abused these medicanes. I'm a non smoker, clean no drug abuse, I don't see the issue, even my pharmasist feels bad fo me and has helped me before but I'm embarasses to ask him again plus I shold not have to, they know by my MRI that I need pain mgnt. but even those in Florida are known to be bad, they call them "PILL MILLS" masybe I should just go, very expensive and all they take is cash, so lil sketchy.. Please help
