As per your query you have painful corns on foot since last three months . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like wearing ill-fitting shoes improper walking motion , Rubbing or pressure and skipping socks . I would suggest you to put your foot in hot water tub for with one spoon of salt in it for half an hour daily and take rest for few days by avoiding walking for long time . If condition still persist the consult podiatrist . Doctor may prescribe salicylic acid , oral antibiotics and moisturising creams . Doctor may also recommend shoe which can relieve pressure points or surgery .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
