General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is not safe to take M2 tone syrup in pregnancy. Rather, to be on the safer side and don't take it. Two weeks back you might have bled due to implantation bleeding. Please rule out pregnancy by UPT and serum beta HCG. Procure abdominal sonography to visualize a gestational sac and rule out a uterine or ectopic pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
