Suggest Treatment For Painful Ear Infection

Is there any thing else I can do to reduce the pain in my ear? I have to fly to work on Monday and I have a very painful ear infection. I have Synalar Otico gotas ear drops and ibrofen but im not sure if the drops are making it worse.I am in Spain and don t think I can get anti biotics until Monday?

Hello & welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Keep ear dry , don’t allow water go inside while bath ,
use antibiotic + steroid ear drop 4 drop five / days &
continue ibrofen .

Use decongestant nasal drops & Antihistaminic levocetirizine during flight .

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor will become essential.
