Suggest Treatment For Painful Elbow

My name is Bilal Ahmad and i am from Srinagar India, my mother namely Sharifa Begum have elbow pain from last one and a half year. We consulted many doctors but no improvement. Some injected on spot on elbow,many gave therapies, many X-rayed on neck but no relief in pain etc. etc.. Is there any sussessful treatment for this pain?
