Suggest Treatment For Painful Foot After Treated Broken Metatarsus

5 years ago I broke the 5th metatarsal on not one, but BOTH feet. Had one pinned and a plate on the other. Still today, it hurts so bad to walk or be on my feet very long, especially the one that they plated. I still have to elevate my feet every night and can't sleep without taking an otc pain killer, some nights that doesn't even help.
