Suggest Treatment For Painful Foot

Hi I have been getting severe pain on top of my foot on right hand foot for last few months the pain is very bad I've tried neurofen gel & ice spray this helps but it comes back every day just about. I can't put pressure on the top of my foot the pain is on the right hand side where u have veins on top of ur feet
