Suggest Treatment For Painful Hematoma On The Right Side

While in Air Force 1977 I had a very painful hematoma in my right side a year earlier I had a cholosectomy. In addition to the pain I was voiding red urine. I has repeated symtoms over a few years I ended up loosing my right kidney due to a UPT obstuction and have an ingural hernia that no one will operate on in the area during spasm stangulated and shihts I need solid text references for justification on my VA Appeal.

As per my surgical experience, a diagnosed hematoma with pain has to be drained out by surgical intervention as early as possible.
