Suggest Treatment For Painful Hemorrhoids During Pregnancy

Hi Doctor, I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and have excruciating hemorrhoids. I have been treating them with everything recommended over the counter. It just seems to be getting worse and I also noticed a small white spot on the most painful one. What could this be?

Hello,

Try to keep the area clear. Use cold baths to help keep the area clean.

Avoid constipation answered straining. Use over the counter cream.
