Suggest Treatment For Painful Hip

Hello, over the past year or year in a half ive been having issues with my right rip. All the doctors have told me to do is take 600mg of ibeprophen 3 times a day, and walk on my leg to help it heal.. that worked and i was ok for a few months but now its back once again and i cant even walk.. and pain killers have no affect.
