Suggest Treatment For Painful Jaw And Head After Injury

Hi, I just banged my head on the handle of my garage door and got a cut on the side of my head (above my ear and closer to the front). It was painful when it happened but I don't remember losing consciousness at all. However, after about 45 minutes the pain has now spread to my jaw. It's kind of a dull, throbbing pain but definitely noticeable. All the urgent care centers around my house seem to be closed so I was wondering if I should try to seek medical attention or if I should just take some ibuprofen and wait it out. I have been looking at symptoms for concussions and I haven't noticed any others besides the pain in my head.
