Suggest Treatment For Painful Joints

hello, i am shaheena 21years old (female). i am having paining in my right hand upper joint(shoulder).from 2006 to up to now,, i have shown to many doctors also but there is no change for the pain. if i do little work also its feel pain.and if i do not do any work simplys its getting paining. i m so worried about this matter. please help me.....thank you...
