Suggest Treatment For Painful Joints,sore Throat And Fatigue

Hello, I have been noticing for the last few days that I've had some bodily aches and lightheadedness. For the last two days, I've had a low grade fever, very achey muscles/bones, a massive pressure headache, anxiety and fatigue though the last 24 hours have been exponentially more painful. My joints are also extremely painful. I do not have a sore throat. Advil seemed to have helped for a few hours but once it wore off, I felt the same way. Should I be concerned?
