Suggest Treatment For Painful Knee Movements

i have this pain in my knee it really hurts my dad says it growing pains but iv had them befor and they dont feel the same. when i bend my knee it hurts and it pops when i bend it too. it hurts when i walk and pretty much all the time please help me
