Suggest Treatment For Painful Knees

My knees are so bad right now I wish they would just take them away, I ave. Bad case of dead bones in my knees.... Where do I o from here ? Do I have. Cancer? They Aldo found lesions on my brain but now no one wants to touch me because for years I have told them something was wrong.
