Suggest Treatment For Painful Knot Behind The Ear

I ve got a knot behind my right ear about an inch up on my head it hurts so bad and can t even touch it at times it even hurts to open my eyes it s been here a few days getting bigger as time goes by I m 23 year old male if that helps. . any thoughts
