Suggest Treatment For Painful Leg And Toes

Hi, My Name is Narayan , while I was driving the 2 wheeler the bike was suddenly stuck in 2-3 middle gare and suddenly bike stuck and I was falldown 95 % right side on road, but I was put the leg and control the bike and me without falldown, after that 3/4 days my leg start paining From Toe to Lamb, today is 18th day. so pls suggest.
