Suggest Treatment For Painful Legs With Purple Toe Nails

have a question i have pain on both legs and both my toe nails are purple my hips are showing bruises my veins on my feet are showing too much I dont have insurance yet can you tell me what could it be and what could i do to help until i see a doctor
